why subscribe to the guarantee?
In the event of a last minute cancellation related to the Covid-19 epidemic:
- positive Covid-19 test by a participant registered on the contract within 48 hours of the stay - with proof - or fourteen-day measurements before departure for the campsite
- You are in a containment zone preventing you from going to the campsite (address recorded on the contract)
- The campsite is located in a containment zone and is under prefectural closure
Your stay may be reimbursed at your request (excluding guarantee fees and reservation fees) if you take out the cancellation guarantee beforehand.
